Mike Prager
President, Oregon Scientific, Inc., North America
|
Mike Prager brings to Oregon Scientific more than 20 years of strong leadership and experience across a breadth of businesses. Mike is responsible for OSI North America including the Electronic Learning Products and LCD Divisions, retail and e-commerce and the overall functional operation in North America.
Most recently, Mike was President of The Boyds Collection Ltd., a private equity (KKR) owned company and a leader in the gift, collectible and home décor categories, makers of the Boyds Bear line. Prior to that, he was VP of Sales for Timberland following executive roles with Johnson and Johnson. Mike began his career in a variety of roles with Procter & Gamble.
Mike graduated from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado with a BSBA in Finance and Marketing.

Julie Hui
Executive Vice President, Finance & Operations
|
Julie Hui is responsible for finance, operations and human resources at Oregon Scientific, Inc. She joined Oregon Scientific in 2000 with extensive management experience as Corporate Controller of NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of NACCO and prior to that, at Burr-Brown Corporation.
Julie graduated from the Accounting program at the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Arizona and Oregon. |

Bill Uzell
Executive Vice President, ELP
|
Bill Uzell is Executive Vice President of Oregon Scientific’s Electronic Learning Products (ELP) division and is responsible for the overall management, category growth, and branding initiative activities for the division. He brings an expertise gained by a unique combination of 20+ years experience in the toy and electronics industries.
Uzell is the former president of Digital Blue, Prime Entertainment’s branded interactive learning products. Uzell moved to Digital Blue from Intel Corporation where he served as World-wide Manager.
Uzell is the former Director of Sales at Mattel Interactive and held the positions of Eastern Zone Sales Director and National Marketing & Sales Director at Sega of America. He began his career at Sony Corporation of America, where he was promoted several times throughout his nine years with the company. He acted in various executive sales and marketing capacities, developing new products and packaging in the Sony Accessories line, and was responsible for the overall marketing, advertising, and introduction of Sony’s Projection TV and the Sony Watchman.
Bill Uzell resides in Massachusetts and runs the Oregon Scientific office in Westborough, MA. |

Patrick Duffy
Vice President of Sales— LCD

Patrick Duffy is responsible for Oregon Scientific's LCD product sales in North America. This includes the overall management, category and special markets growth, and branding initiative activities for all Timing, Weather, Sports and Fitness, Audio and Special Collections products.
Patrick brings to Oregon Scientific twenty years of consumer electronics sales and marketing management expertise. Patrick has held sales and marketing management roles with LG Electronics, Royal, Emerson and Radio Shack. |
