General Ordering & Processing
Oregon Scientific will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.
Oregon Scientific reserves the right to refuse any order.

Shipping
All orders require 24-48 hours processing time. Please allow one extra day for alternate shipping address verification.
Oregon Scientific does not process orders during weekends.
Oregon Scientific does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address as the ship-to address, the order will be rejected by OSI and will not ship.
Oregon Scientific ships via UPS to valid addresses within the continental US, Hi and AK only. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders to be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses are subject to cancellation.
Returns
Product returns will not be accepted if the product was shipped more than 14 days prior to product being returned.
Customer pays return shipping on all goods and services.
Original shipping is a service already paid to UPS and used. Therefore it will not be refunded under any condition.
